In general, when you have the idea that you could benefit from a coach, you need to discuss this with your manager or HR contact. When they agree, we can arrange an introductory meeting in order to find out if we have a “click” and to explore your coach question.

If we both are positive, I will create a proposal and we can start. Mostly we will meet every three weeks for about an hour and a half, but other options are negotiable. On average we will meet seven times. At request I am available for an evaluation meeting, but always in your presence.

The location where the coaching takes place is flexible: it can be at your office, online (via Teams) but other locations are also available, we can even take a walk on the beach.

The costs per coaching may vary (number of appointments, rent of office space), yet on average a complete coaching program costs 2500 EUR (ex. BTW) and this includes travel time, parking expenses and preparation and reporting time. If the coaching is completed earlier, only those costs will be invoiced.
